The selection process was seamless thanks to the amazing team of Ashley, Katherine, and Makenzye. They worked so well together, guiding us through every selection with ease and making what could have been an overwhelming process feel exciting and stress-free. They also all have incredible taste with interior design selections which was so helpful.
We also can’t say enough good things about the construction team. Connor was incredibly easy to communicate with and always so accommodating. He oversaw the entire build and did a fantastic job — we were actually about a month ahead of our original estimated completion date, which was such a great surprise.
During our walkthroughs and orientations, Connor and Gray worked together flawlessly. They were both extremely attentive to any imperfections and made sure everything was addressed and corrected to exceed expectations — and always in a timely manner.
On top of all that, every single trade crew involved — from landscaping, concrete, drywall, paint, and beyond — was so kind, respectful, and professional. They consistently kept our lot clean and organized throughout the entire build, which we really appreciated.

I have built 5 custom homes and my experience with Phillips was by far the smoothest and overall the best. From the first time I walked in the model and talked to Ashley and McKenzie to closing and the final walk through with Connor every step was flawless. They are efficient, have no hidden costs or surprises during the building process and treat you well all the way through. They send frequent updates and they stick to the dates and deadlines they give you. Not one thing was delayed during the whole process. The quality of the home is similar to the more expensive custom builders yet you don’t pay the higher cost.
I highly recommend using Phillips, it has truly been a wonderful experience. Thank you Ashley, McKenzie and Connor, you are truly the dream team!

She is incredibly knowledgeable about Phillips products and designs and was able to thoroughly answer all of our questions. Her passion for the process and desire to ensure an amazing home buyer experience was evident from start. From top to bottom, pre-closing to post closing, it was second to none.
The neighborhood wasn’t on our radar when we walked into the model home and first met Ashley. She was amazing! We walked the lots, reviewed the floor plans, selected our home and walked out with a contract five hours later knowing it was the perfect choice.
Between the buyer/builder portal, emails and calls, communication on all aspects of the entire build and design process was proactive and timely. Early on when a high winds storm came through, Connor proactively reached out to us on an item that needed to be fixed once it was discovered. The normal items identified during final walk-through were immediately addressed. We couldn’t have asked for it to have gone any better.

Connor, who oversaw our build, was fantastic to work with — communicative, accommodating, and kept things moving smoothly. During walkthroughs, Connor and Gray were meticulous and made sure everything exceeded high standards.
This group of people have made my first home buying/building experience memorable and actually fun. This team is incredible and they have set the bar so high for any other builder to exceed. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to build a home.

Overall Quality of the Home – 5 Stars, I feel like nothing has been left out. Gosh, there are even lights in the closets! Nice appliances. I just love it all & feel like I got a top quality house that I could afford.

They did a great job. The gift basket that Katherine presented was a nice touch too.

When we did the initial walk through, he really did listen and make notes of items I wanted addressed. He made every effort to have them repaired before the second walk through and was genuinely concerned that I was pleased. (Did I say that I love my new house?)
